Book Reflection
A reader's reflection on the lived practice, plant wisdom, meditations, and repeatable techniques held within Pati's book.

A Reader's Reflection
I recently came across Living in the Golden Light and recommended it in a discussion about how mystical healing is not something we receive from outside but something we reconnect with from within, after years of practice, not after a weekend workshop.
What stood out immediately from the book itself was the origin story. Pati's encounter with her inner Divine Golden Light Being came after many years of practising yoga and meditation, Ayurveda, herbal healing, and spiritual and soul healing.
That is not a sudden conversion or a marketed awakening. It is the fruit of sustained discipline across multiple traditions. The book is the map Pati drew from that lived experience.
A Practical Structure
One specific thread that stayed with me was the practical structure: 38 Golden Light Plant Essences for emotional, spiritual, and karmic healing, combined with guided healing meditations with the five Golden Angels of Healing of the Elements and linked to the messages of the 44-card Golden Light Oracle Deck.
Pati does not ask readers to simply believe in Golden Light. She gives them specific, repeatable techniques to experience it themselves.
Why the Book Matters
What the book points to is something many readers are quietly dealing with: the exhaustion of spiritual books that promise change without offering practices, and the deeper longing for a guide who has walked the path of yoga, Ayurveda, herbalism, and angelic healing.
Living in the Golden Light offers not just inspiration but a practical system for reconnecting to the golden space within your own being.
